SERGI TRANSFORMER PROTECTOR MAINTENANCE
The SERGI Transformer Protector has been designed to minimize all maintenance requirements in order to reduce:
• Cost of maintenance
• Probability of operating malfunction
• Maintenance time
The philosophy is to test the system only when the transformer is not in operation or during shutdown, and to replace or repair the defective parts if necessary. But some routine tests or controls can be done while the transformer is in service.

The complete TP Should be checked yearly by an accredited SERGI Technician. In addition, some critical components MUST be replaced as per the below schedule.

Peace of mind knowing the TP is functional and current for insurance purposes

In order to maintain SERGI insurance cover, it is crucial that the above components be replaced as per the specified time-lines.
